North Korea DVD stamps

First trial - North Korea catalogue #4505-A,B(a)

In the first trial of DVD stamps for the 2008 Beijing

Olympics, a small number had the stamp section

printed first and then STUCK on the disks. The packet

has the wording "The First Digital Versatile Disk

Stamp of the World" and the disks were 6 sided

Second trial - North Korea catalogue #4505-A,B(c)

In the second trial, the disks were round and the

stamp sections were PRINTED on the disks.

The wording on the packet is now different - it

reads "The first Compact Disc video stamp of the

world"

After the above two trials, it was decided to issue

six sided stamps with the labels printed on the disks.

The packet is the same as used for trial no. 2
